If you listen closely, you can still hear America buzzing about the golf event of the year. Collin Morikawa’s stirring win at the PGA Championship? Nope. While the PGA at Harding Park was a thrilling romp in its own right, we speak, of course, of The Match II: Champions for Charity.

Rare is the sequel that eclipses the original, but the Match II pulled it off: Tiger hit his irons like Hogan, Phil lit up the stage like Lin-Manuel Miranda and Tom Brady made all of us feel better about our own games by playing the most relatable round of the century. (Having Sir Charles in the booth also never hurts.) To be sure, the timing of the event — pre-summer, with most sports fans still sheltering-in-place and with virtually nothing else to watch — was advantageous, but I fielded more texts from giddy friends about the Match than I have about any tournament before it, the 2019 Masters included.

The Match II undoubtedly elevated our perception of what a made-for-TV exhibition can be. But where do we go from here? Be it the Match III or another concept cooked up by some network’s creative sharpies, what’s the next hook?

Here’s a pitch to ponder: high-stakes golf for hackers.

The idea is simple: a network announces tryouts for a new reality show for golfers of “average” talent — say, somewhere in the 13 to 17 handicap range. Through that process, the producers identify a couple of players of nearly identical ability and with big personalities that would play well on TV. Weeks later, boom! The producers surprise the two finalists at their homes and tell them that they have 24 hours to meet at the Pebble Beach pro shop. (Any brand-name course would work, but we’re aiming high.)

Fast-forward a day and the players roll into Pebble looking bewildered. No range time, no practice putts, nothing. Next stop: 1st tee, which is enclosed by a packed grandstand (we’re assuming a post-Covid timeframe). Cameras are everywhere. When they arrive on the box, the contestants are informed that they are about to play one another in match play — for $1 million. Life-changing money. Winner takes all. Oohs, aahs, dropped jaws. But that’s not all! The first-tee announcer reveals that each player will be captained by either Tiger Woods or Phil Mickelson, who at that moment stroll on to the tee. Coin flip decides who will captain whom, with another million bucks going to the winning captain’s charity of choice.

To make things even more interesting, the captains will also serve as lifelines. The players may elect to have their captain step in and play any six shots on each side (with a maximum of three tee shots per nine).

I can already hear the critics: Who wants to watch a couple of weekend hackers chunk, top and four-putt their way around Pebble? We see that every February with actors and CEOs in the Pro-Am. Alas, that misses the point. The drama in this theatre is not in the shotmaking, or lack thereof — it’s all about the pressure. For viewers, the most gripping element of this format would be watching how contestants handle the metaphorical vise that would increasingly tighten around them with each passing hole.

The strategy would also be fascinating. Think about it — if you had Tiger or Phil on call to play a handful of shots for you over 18 holes, how would you employ them? Tee shots on short par-4s, or long par-4s? Fifty-foot putt, or five-footer? Buried lie in the rough, or fried egg in a bunker? And do you use them early to try and build a lead, or save them for late to try and drop the hammer? The contestants would be weighing all of these decisions while simultaneously managing their own middling games.

Delicious, right? Well, I think it is. Heck, I might even pay to see it.

TNT, Fox, NBC, whomever — feel free to run with this idea, no licensing fee required! Seeing high-stakes golf for hackers come to life would be payment enough.

Today is the third installment in a four-part Bamberger Briefly series in which Greg Norman offers his insights into various golfy subjects. Part I: Norman on Michael Jordan’s golf. Part II: Norman on helicopters.

HOBE SOUND, Fla. — In 1997, Tiger Woods replaced Greg Norman as the No. 1-ranked player in the world. Woods worked for years with Butch Harmon, Norman’s teacher. Woods had a long successful run with one of Norman’s former caddies, Steve Williams. Norman and Woods live near one another on Jupiter Island. Woods’s home course is Medalist, a club Norman founded with two others.

But they really don’t have a relationship.

“I would think we could have a good relationship because we like so many of the same things,” Norman said recently. “Scuba diving. Boating. Living on Jupiter Island. Golf. We’ve had similar positions in the game. I didn’t win majors anything like he did, but we were both needle-movers, to some degree. From my perspective, it would be easy, to have a relationship with him.”

Norman is 65 and Woods is 44. When Woods turned pro at age 20, Norman was still the best in the game, but his grip on the throne’s armrests was loosening.

Over the winter, Norman and his son, Gregory, saw Woods at Medalist and they had what the Australian golfer described as the only meaningful conversation he has ever had with Woods.

Among other things, Norman said, they “talked about the Father-Son golf tournament and I told Tiger how cool that is, to play in that with your son, no matter what age he is. I said, ‘There’s no better feeling than to be on center stage with your son.’

“And just that he asked me about it made me think that maybe this could be a fresh start. There was a softness to it. But it didn’t evolve after that. I didn’t expect, ‘What’s your phone number, let’s get together.’” But Norman thought that it might be the start of something.

“I’ve never really spent time around Tiger,” Norman said. He can recount most of their rounds together, in practice and in competition. They first played together in the early 1990s, when Tiger was 14 or 15. They played each other in 1998, at the Presidents Cup at Royal Melbourne, in singles. (Tiger won.) And they didn’t play much in between. Maybe a dozen or so times. Norman says he wrote more congratulatory notes to Woods than that on various wins. The notes, Norman says, did not trigger responses.

“Whether he crumpled them up, whether he got them at all, whether somebody in Tiger’s camp interfered with my efforts, I don’t know,” Norman said.

“Phil Mickelson is moving to Jupiter Island, and he reached out to me,” Norman said. “Phil and I were going back and forth about life here, his building a house, all that. But with Tiger, nothing.”

Norman’s house is about a mile north of the Woods home and about three miles south of where the Mickelsons will live, all on the same road, almost beside the Atlantic Ocean.

Speaking a few days before Match II, the fundraiser for Covid-19 charities held at Medalist that featured Woods, Mickelson, Peyton Manning and Tom Brady, Norman said, “It would be cool, to host them all at the house. Have a barbeque. Make steaks. Just talk.”

That didn’t happen, and Norman knew it wasn’t going to happen. Maybe the dynamic among a certain trio of golfers on Jupiter Island will change, when Phil comes to town. But Greg Norman’s not counting on it.

Early reviews of The Match II were stellar as the foursome of Tiger Woods, Phil Mickelson, Peyton Manning and Tom Brady scraped it around a wet Medalist Golf Club Sunday afternoon.

Now, the charity exhibition match
has the numbers to back up the hype.

With an average of 5.8 million viewers across four channels, The Match: Champions for Charity was the most-watched golf event in cable television history, according to Turner Sports. The event, which raised $20 million for Covid-19 relief efforts, was also the No. 1 trending topic on Twitter for the day. More viewers tuned in than did for the finale of ESPN’s buzzy Michael Jordan documentary, The Last Dance.

The 5.8 million average viewers beats out the previous record of 4.9 million set by ESPN’s first round coverage of the Masters in 2010, when Woods made his return to golf months after his scandal.

The broadcast peaked with 6.3 million viewers from 5:45-6 p.m. ET, right around the time Brady holed out for birdie on the 7th hole, silencing commentator Charles Barkley and sending social media into a frenzy.

This was the second weekend in a row with live golf following the TaylorMade Driving Relief skins game at Seminole, which featured Rory McIlroy, Dustin Johnson, Rickie Fowler and Matthew Wolff. That NBC Sports broadcast attracted just 2.35 million viewers as guest stars such as Bill Murray and President Donald Trump called into the telecast throughout the event.

The PGA Tour is scheduled to return June 11 at Colonial Country Club for the Charles Schwab Challenge, the first event since the Players Championship was canceled in early March.

In a foursome packed with star power, Tom Brady rose to the top and arguably outshone them all at Medalist on Sunday. From his disastrous start to his miraculous hole-out and subsequent pants ripping to his unlikely back-nine resurgence, Brady commanded attention throughout the day during The Match II.

This is why we keep playing golf even when we suck 98 percent of the timepic.twitter.com/Mm7KfAXRxD
— LKD (@LukeKerrDineen) May 24, 2020

But one moment that got overlooked (relative to the rest of his round at least) was on the 5th hole when Brady found the water with his tee shot. At this point in the round, the QB looked miserable. His round got off to the worst start imaginable and the naysayers were quick to doubt his 8 handicap. To top it off, when he walked up to the hazard for his drop, he asked the broadcast crew what the procedure was for his drop. This didn’t help his case in the court of public opinion.

Brady not knowing how to drop from a red stake might explain the 8 handicap. #MarkMeDownForA5
— No Laying Up (@NoLayingUp) May 24, 2020

And yes, it was unusual for Brady to not know the procedure for taking a drop, but for a moment, let’s look at this objectively. Each and every week on Tour, players call in rules officials when they need to take a drop — and they play the sport for a living! Perhaps Brady was merely double-checking the ruling as his every move was sure to be scrutinized. Or maybe I’m giving him too much credit and he actually doesn’t know the rule. In that case, here’s a quick refresher, Tom.

According to Rule 17.1d, you have
three options when your ball is in a red penalty area.

1. Stroke-and-distance relief – The player may play the original ball or another ball from where the previous stroke was made.

2. Back-on-the-line relief – The player may drop the original ball or another ball in a relief area that is based on a reference line going straight back from the hole through the estimated point where the original ball last crossed the edge of the penalty area.

3. Lateral relief – When the ball last crossed the edge of a red penalty area, the player may drop the original ball or another ball in this lateral relief area, no closer to the hole.

See the diagram below more.

The Match: Champions for Charity was a roaring success just about any way you measure it, and just about anyone you ask will agree. Tiger Woods, Phil Mickelson, Tom Brady and Peyton Manning provided some much-needed relief for sports fans desperate for some live action.

Having the two greatest and most recognizable NFL quarterbacks of the past 20 years compete with and against the two greatest golfers from the same era turned out to be must-watch programming. And while Tiger and Phil flashed the best game on the course at Medalist Golf Club in Hobe Sound, Fla., it was the other two participants who really ratcheted up interest in the event and the chatter on the internet about it.

From the get-go, the trash talk between the four participants, as well as TV analyst Charles Barkley and Tour-pro-turned-on-course-reporter Justin Thomas, was firing on all cylinders, helped in large part by the ability for the players to hear and interact with the broadcasters via ear pieces throughout the match.

And the golf fans watching at home responded, even some who also play on the PGA Tour. Several Tour pros reacted to the match on Twitter, and they were joined by stars from other major sports leagues. And, of course, Tiger and Brady shared their own thoughts after the action was complete.

Here’s a selection of some of the most notable reactions to the match:

And it was fantastic.

Sure, there was some good, some bad and some in between, but for the most part, it was a great way to spend a Sunday afternoon. When it was all settled, Tiger Woods and Peyton Manning beat Phil Mickelson and Tom Brady 1 up at Medalist in The Match: Champions for Charity. Here’s what you missed.

Tom Brady is all of us

Tom Brady, on the green, air counting his shots is something we can all relate to.

Welcome back, Tiger Woods

Remember, the last time we had a PGA Tour event, it was the Players Championship, and Woods was not there. He was trying to get healthy, and this was the first time we had seen him on the course since — and he didn’t disappoint. Woods looked fit, loose and, well, fantastic. He didn’t miss a fairway all day. Hopefully we’ll see a healthy Woods back out on Tour soon.

These cameras in the carts

The access to these guys was great. And with Brady and Manning in the mix the whole entertainment package was much better than when Woods and Mickelson faced off in Las Vegas in 2018.

Tom Brady’s highs and lows

Brady has six Super Bowl rings, four Super Bowl MVPs and is a 14-time Pro Bowler, but the golf course doesn’t care about your resume or how perfect your life seems to be. Brady struggled early, and Twitter was having a field day. So of course it makes perfect sense that Brady had without question the best shot of the day, when he spun in an approach on the 7th hole for birdie.

Justin Thomas

The Medalist member and World No. 4 put on the headset and gave smart and interesting insight all day long. It was a great debut for Thomas if this golf thing never works out.

We need new pants!

Because Tom Brady split his.

Phil Mickelson went Phil Mickelson on No. 11

Mickelson and Brady were 3 down after 10, but the duo won its first hole on 11 thanks to a big drive from Mickelson. While playing modified alternate shot on the back nine, Brady found the fairway on the short par-4, which meant Mickelson could rip away at the green. He did. Driving the green, sending the ball past the flag and coming to rest on the fringe. Brady, in turn, then helped his partner out, draining the long eagle putt, which we can count as his second-best shot of the day behind his hole-out on 7..

pic.twitter.com/Gp6ARcW1wI
— Josh Berhow (@Josh_Berhow) May 24, 2020

The modified alternate shot

Woods and Manning got off to a 3-up lead on the front nine, which was best ball. But it got a lot more fun on the back nine when they instead played modified alternate shot. It was faster, and hearing the players strategize on which ball to take and Mickelson and Co. suggest clubs for their partners added an element to the match the front nine lacked.

But amid all the televised yukking and wilding-out on Twitter there was one very momentous development: Tiger Woods is back, baby.

When professional golf came to a grinding halt in mid-March due to the coronavirus, Woods was battling both his swing and his body. With the Masters bearing down on him Tiger was serially avoiding tournament golf, trying to buy time. The halting of the season couldn’t have come at a better moment for a 44-year-old warrior with a fused spine. The Match, then, was the first glimpse of Woods in 98 days and midway through the front nine Phil Mickelson blurted out the verdict: “He’s striping it.”

Tiger’s swing was rhythmic and graceful, the telltale transition at the top as languid as a humid afternoon in South Florida. Over the first eight holes — by which time Woods had staked himself and his partner Peyton Manning to a 3-up lead — the only shot Tiger missed was when he had to putt with his 4-iron, part of a gimmicky one-club challenge.

On the 9th hole, a long, tough par-4 into the fan, Woods’s long-iron approach was tracking toward the hole when he shouted out a vintage plea: “One more yard!” He didn’t get it — the ball expired in a bunker from which Woods saved par with a gorgeous recovery shot — but that level of specificity was a sign of how locked-in Tiger felt. Yes, this was a hit-and-giggle exhibition (for a great cause!) on his home course, but Woods’s play was a far cry from when we last saw him on Tour, wincing through closing rounds of 73-76-77 at the L.A. Open.

By the 17th hole, on-course commentator Justin Thomas was moved to say, with a touch of wonderment, “He’s a fairway-hitting machine!”

Watching Tiger pluck his tee from the turf before his drive had even reached its apex and then shape iron shots into the well-fortified greens was a vivid reminder of what has been taken from us. But his fine play suddenly makes the rest of the PGA Tour schedule that much more intriguing. It remains to be seen how much Tiger will want to endure the hassles of the new Covid protocols to play in everyday Tour events but one thing is now clear: barring a setback with his back, Woods has restored himself as one of the favorites when the big events begin with the PGA Championship, now scheduled for early August.

In ranking the winners of this Match, the list would have to include Phil Mickelson’s wedge play and general showmanship, Tom Brady’s good cheer and unlikely hole-out that melted the Internet, Manning’s low-key charm and reliable draw and, of course, the four national charities that will split the $20 million generated by this zaniness.

But by far the biggest winners were golf fans who on Sunday got to enjoy five hours of levity and, more important, a peek at vintage Tiger. Seeing Woods in full flight made sheltering-in-place slightly less onerous for one blissful afternoon-turned-evening and gives all of us that most precious of commodities: hope for the future.

Although the day started with dark skies and an ominous forecast, The Match II was a hit success with Tiger Woods and Peyton Manning besting Phil Mickelson and Tom Brady in a 1-up victory.

After a 45-minute delay to the start of the round, the teams got off to a bit of a slow start as the QBs showed some serious nerves early on. Brady struggled particularly in the beginning, and Twitter let him hear it. The former QB fought his swing all day and his team fell 3 down through eight holes, but he still provided perhaps the most memorable moment of the day.

Fresh off swing advice (and some good-natured ribbing) from commentator Charles Barkley on the 7th, Brady zipped his wedge shot back into the hole for birdie, sending the internet into a frenzy.

The Mickelson-Brady pairing battled back on the back nine with an eagle on No. 11 and won the 14th with a par to pull to within one. From there on in, Mickelson seemed to make clutch putt after clutch putt to keep his team in it, but ultimately they just ran out of holes.

An anti-climatic halved hole at the 18th gave the Tiger-Manning pairing the victory, complete with some awkward celebratory arm bumps.

“To go behind the ropes in these guys’ world and to be in the arena with them, it was really a special experience,” Manning said after the round. “Knowing that $20 million was raised and helping people that are really going through tough times, it was an honor … something I’ll always remember and cherish.”

The much-anticipated Match II kicked off after a short rain delay on Sunday at Medalist Golf Club in Hobe Sound, Fla. Tiger Woods and Peyton Manning vs. Phil Mickelson and Tom Brady teed off around 4 p.m. and battled heavy rains right away.

Brady, the six-time Super Bowl champion, has also battled something else: his own game.

Brady missed the fairway on the par-4 opener and made a bogey, and later on the green he had to figure out how many strokes he had taken (looking like every weekend hacker).

https://twitter.com/ForePlayPod/status/1264649785425920001?s=20

On the 2nd hole, he missed the fairway way right but avoided serious trouble. Not so much at the 3rd, when he hit one out of bounds and then chunked a chip by the green. He missed his putt for a 7 and then picked up. Brady felt a lot better when he got to the 4th tee box.

“It’s a miracle that I have a shot from the grass,” he told on-course reporter Amanda Balinois when he stepped to the tee box on the 4th, a par-3.

Analyst Charles Barkley got in on the action after that, telling Brady he’d give him $50,000 to donate to his charity if he hit the green on the 4th. Brady missed well left.

“I should have just said keep it on the planet,” Barkley said.

“When does football season start?” Brady said. “I’m ready.”

Brady, who is listed as an 8.1 handicap, then chunked his next shot, and on 5 he hit into the hazard. The Twitter world has had fun with Brady’s rough start. (Follow along with the action here.)

(UPDATE! Brady being Brady holed out at the 7th hole to snap his slump.)

Medalist Golf Club plays host today, as the posh south Florida club makes a TV appearance for the first time since Shell’s Wonderful World of Golf came to town in 1995. Medalist is the home club for Woods and many other PGA Tour pros and is lauded as a golf haven with its pristine conditions.

The action gets started at 3 p.m. ET (as long as the weather holds off) and is being broadcast on TNT, TBS, TruTV and HLN, with streaming options available as well.

We’re tracking all of the action at Medalist and will have live updates throughout the day. Check it out below.

Tiger-Phil Match II Live Blog

Refresh for latest updates | Times are ET

Hole No. 18: Manning and Woods hold on, win The Match II

Mickelson and Brady gave Woods and Manning all they could handle down the back nine, but Tiger and Peyton strung together a dynamite par on 18 to win. Tiger gets his revenge over Phil and wins The Match II.

Hole No. 17: Here. We. Go. Manning-Woods still up heading into 18

Manning and Woods have hung on by a thread throughout alternate shot. A pair of pars on 17 leave Peyton and Tiger 1 up heading into the final hole. It’s now or never for Phil and Brady on the 444-yard 18th hole.

Hole No. 16: 300,000 meals for the hungry, two birdies, Manning-Woods 1 up

Seattle Seahawks QB Russell Wilson joined the broadcast to pledge 100,000 meals for the hungry for every tee shot within 12 feet on the par-3 16th. Manning, Brady and Mickelson all stuffed their tee shots inside of 10 feet. 300,000 meals for the hungry and a pair of birdies later, Mickelson and Brady head to 17 down 1.

Hole No. 15: Phil makes a huge save, Manning/Woods still 1 up

A truly dreadful putt by Brady put the hole in danger, but Mickelson drained an incredible 10-footer to keep the match within 1. Manning and Woods are still 1 up, but the pressure is mounting.

Hole No. 14: The show must go on! Brady and Mickelson keep climbing back

Medalist giveth and Medalist taketh away! After Brady and Mickelson miss putts to win back-to-back holes, Manning misses a three-footer to halve on No. 14. Phil and Tom are just 1 down heading into 15. It looks like they’re going to try to play through the rain, which has lessened some in last few minutes.

Hole No. 13: “Heavy Rain Coming” as Brady/Mickelson miss opportunity

Tom and Phil have found a roll in alternate shot, but they just can’t close. That makes two straight holes Mickelson-Brady has had a putt to win and two straight holes they’ve been unable to close out. Tiger and Peyton are still 2 up. Oh, and it’s raining sideways now. We could be looking at another delay if this keeps up.

Hole No. 12: Another halve and Manning/Woods are still 2 up

Mickelson and Brady kept their momentum going on the par-3 12th. Woods and Mickelson hit irons to inside 10 feet, but both playing partners missed the birdie putts to halve the hole. Manning and Woods are still up 2 up.

Hole No. 11: Mickelson and Brady get on the board

Brady and Mickelson were in a great spot on 11, a short par-4. Brady found the fairway, meaning Mickelson could rip away with his driver. And that he did. He found the back of the green and Brady came up clutch, draining the eagle putt for a 2 and the pair’s first won hole of the day. Woods and Peyton 2 up.

Hole No. 10: Modified alternate shot starts with a halve

The players started a modified alternate shot on the back nine, and they used drives from Brady and Woods to open the par-4 10th. Mickelson then missed his iron shot over the green long, and Manning barely missed his, resting on the fringe. Brady nestled his shot to about seven feet, which led to a generous concession from Woods. Woods couldn’t make his putt and they hauled with another par.

Hole No. 9: Brady/Mickelson earn third straight halve

Brady knocked his tee shot in the water on 9 — don’t worry, Tom, we still remember your shot on 7 — but Brady and Mickelson still managed to halve the long par-4 9th. Mickelson’s long birdie try for the win didn’t fall. Now they head to the back nine where they’ll play a modified alternate shot. Tiger and Peyton are still 3 up.

Hole No. 8: Mickelson drains a key birdie putt

Brady and Manning both got a stroke on the par-3 8th, and Manning, who birdied the earlier par-3, found the green and missed his birdie putt, but tapped in for par for a net 2. Brady missed the green and then couldn’t make his par, so it was up to Mickelson to make his birdie putt of about 10 feet to halve the hole. Mickelson drained it, and the teams headed to the 9th with Woods and Manning still 3 up.

Hole No. 7: Tom Brady!!

It had been a rough start for Tom Brady, but of course he came up with the shot of the match on the par-5 7th. Brady HOLED OUT from the fairway for birdie, and when Tiger lipped out his eagle putt it was good enough for a halve. Woods and Manning are still 3 up. Check out Brady’s shot below. Amazing.

BECAUSE OF COURSE HE WOULD pic.twitter.com/jc3IP2g3mZ
— Josh Berhow (@Josh_Berhow) May 24, 2020

Hole No. 6: Tiger-Peyton take commanding lead

With the QBs stroking again on this hole, Manning took advantage for a net birdie on the long par-4 to give his team a 3-up lead. Brady’s struggles bled into his short game as he bladed a chip over the green on the way to a double bogey. On to the 7th.

Tom Brady with the most relatable content ever in live TV golf. https://t.co/w4ujyCSpuU
— Harvey Jamison (@HarveyJamison) May 24, 2020

Hole No. 5: One-hole challenge stymies competitors

The 5th was the one-club challenge with each player electing to use a long iron for the duration of the hole. Brady’s struggles continued as he found the water with his tee shot, and then he had a difficult time determining how to take a drop. Phil had a Phil-esque recovery from the trees and nearly escaped with par before settling for bogey, while Tiger lipped out his par putt as the teams tied the hole.

OMG, has Tom Brady ever been on golf course before?

Hole No. 4: Manning nabs a birdie, goes 2-up

With Brady struggling, Charles Barkley pledged $50,000 to charity if the QB hit the green. He didn’t even come close. His partner didn’t fare much better while Tiger knocked his shot within eight feet. Manning also knocked his approach on the green and holed his lengthy birdie putt to put their team 2-up.

Sidebar: Twitter is currently ROASTING Brady for his struggles.

Hole No. 3: QBs struggle, Tiger-Peyton 1-up

Although the QBs were stroking on the par-5 3rd, it was still a struggle for them as both had trouble off the tee, missing yet another fairway. Tiger had no problems as he smashed a drive down the middle to win the first long-drive competition. A towering fairway wood came next as he hit it just off the back of the green. He had no problems with up-and-down from there for a birdie and the first lead of the day.

Hole No. 2: Still tied thru 2

The QBs fared much better off the tee this time, although Brady did take a penalty stroke after an errant second shot. It was relatively uneventful from there as the two sides tied the hole with pars. On to the first long-drive challenge on No. 3.

Hole No. 1: Nervy start for the QBs

It wasn’t the prettiest of starts for the QBs. Both pulled their tee shots left and Peyton was forced to take an unplayable. The hole came down to a couple of five footers which the pros drained with little problem. The play matches the conditions so far — sloppy.

Weather Delay

With an ominous forecast in the Medalist area, the start of the Match has been pushed back 45 minutes to 3:45 p.m. Fluid situation but a source on the ground indicated that is the current plan.
