We’re one week away from the second men’s major of the year, but first the PGA Tour heads to Texas for the 2021 AT&T Byron Nelson. Here’s everything you need to know to watch the tournament.
AT&T Byron Nelson preview
The start of the 2021 PGA Championship is right around the corner, but several big-name players have decided to use the AT&T Byron Nelson as a final tune-up before Kiawah Island. One of those star attractions is Jordan Spieth. After a few years of on-course struggles, Spieth has been on fire recently.
He won the Valero Texas Open in early April for his first victory since 2017, but that’s not all. He followed it up with a T3 finish at the Masters in his last start. In total, the Texan has accumulated five top-four finishes in his last eight starts, making him one of the favorites to win this week.
Golf fans will also get to see newly minted Masters champion Hideki Matsuyama tee it up this week for the first time since his triumph at Augusta a month ago. Spieth and Matsuyama will be joined by Bryson DeChambeau, Jon Rahm and Brooks Koepka, to name just a few.
