The long PGA Tour offseason is finally over, and the 2020-21 season officially kicks off this week at the Safeway Open. Phil Mickelson makes his return to the Tour after a successful debut on the Champions Tour, and he does so as the favorite at 20/1 odds, according to golfodds.com. He’s joined at the top by Si Woo Kim.

This is will be a return trip for both favorites at the Safeway, with Mickelson owning a pair of top-10 finishes in the last several years. Kim has not been quite as successful, a T49 representing his top finish at the event last fall.
