With the second round of the 2020 Zozo Championship complete, the players return to Sherwood Country Club on Friday to fight for the lead. Here’s what you need to know to watch the second round.

Previewing Zozo Championship Round 2

He may not hold a piece of the lead after the first 18 holes, but Justin Thomas is definitely the top player to keep an eye on during Round 2 on Friday. Thomas, currently ranked No. 3 in the World, overcame an up-and-down front nine at Sherwood Country Club to shoot an incredible 29 on the back, which included five birdies and an eagle, on his way to a 65.

JT’s closing blitz left him at seven under, but it wasn’t quite good enough for the lead. He trails leader Sebastián Muñoz by one shot with 54 holes to play.

Not all major winners in the field fared so well on Thursday. Tiger Woods struggled mightily, shooting a four-over 76 despite a near 100-foot birdie make. Rory McIlroy was out of sorts on his way to a 73, while Phil Mickelson fought back from a poor start to finish at even par.

Below you will find everything you need to watch the second round of the 2020 Zozo Championship on Friday.
