This week, the PGA Tour travels to a historic course with a major pedigree, Quail Hollow Club, for the 2021 Wells Fargo Championship. Here’s everything you need to know to watch the tournament.

Wells Fargo Championship preview

Competitors will be vying for an enormous winner’s check this week in North Carolina, worth a whopping $8.1 million. It’s a price worthy of the stellar field assembled at Quail Hollow. Leading the way is World No. 2 Justin Thomas.

While Thomas has never won the Wells Fargo, he did have the breakthrough moment of his career at Quail Hollow, where he won the 2017 PGA Championship for his first and only major victory (so far). His winning experience should help him when the PGA returns to the club in 2025, no to mention this week.

He may need all the help he can get. Also in the field this week is Rory McIlroy, who is hungry to right the ship and get back to his winning ways. They’ll be joined by Bryson DeChambeau, defending champion Max Homa, Webb Simpson, and many more Tour stars.
