Saturdays in the fall are typically reserved for college football, but this morning, it got a little bit of golf flair.
Harris English made an appearance on ESPN’s College Gameday as the guest picker as the on the traveling show Saturday morning in Athens, Ga. ESPN made the announcement earlier in the day with a social media video featuring Bryson DeChambeau, Justin Thomas, Collin Morikawa and other members of the U.S. Ryder Cup team.
English brought along the Ryder Cup trophy for his spot on the popular pre-game program, sending the hometown crowd into a frenzy when he pulled the trophy from his bag.
As expected, English picked Georgia over Arkansas for their much-anticipated matchup against the Arkansas Razorbacks. Check out all of English’s picks for the day below.

This isn’t the first time Gameday has had featured golf on their show. Last November, the show was aired at Augusta National and featured Jack Nicklaus as the guest picker from the hallowed grounds.
