The 2021 ANA Inspiration, the first major on the pro golf calendar, is almost over, with 18 holes left to go on Sunday before we crown another major champion. Here’s what you need to know to watch the final round action.
Previewing ANA Inspiration final round
While last year’s ANA Inspiration final round provided plenty of fireworks, with several players vying for the title right to the end, this year’s finale could act more like a coronation. Twenty-one-year-old Patty Tavatanakit fired a five-under 67 on Saturday at Mission Hills to take the lead heading into the final 18 holes. But it’s not your run-of-the-mill 54-hole lead.
Tavatanakit’s current score to par, 14 under, is a full five shots better than her nearest competitors, Ally Ewing and defending champion Mirim Lee. With one more steady round, she could secure the first professional major championship of the year. It would also be not only the first major title of the young pro’s career, but her first LPGA title of any kind.
Tavatanakit will tee off in the final pairing alongside Ewing beginning on Sunday at 4:45 p.m. ET. Below you will find everything you need to watch Sunday’s final round online and on TV.
