It’s the most popular time of year to play golf, bit given the weather, there are a few extra precautions golfers need to take to stay healthy on the course.

Priority number one is hydration. When the sun shines and mercury spikes, your body needs far more water than usual to keep going strong. Allow dehydration to take hold and you health and scorecard can suffer.
