After a cold, snowy winter across much of the United States, the summer is finally within sight. So too are the high temperatures and humid conditions that come with it. Priority number one is hydration. When the sun shines and mercury spikes, your body needs far more water than usual to keep going strong. Allow dehydration to take hold and you health and scorecard can suffer.
