It’s major championship time again. For just the second time this year, the best men’s golfers in the world will compete for history. This time, it’s the 2020 U.S. Open at Winged Foot Golf Club in New York. Here’s everything you need to know to watch the first round.

Previewing U.S. Open Round 1

There are too many quality storylines to count heading into the first round at Winged Foot. Will the course setup frustrate pros, sending scores soaring? Will World No. 1 Dustin Johnson cement himself as the best in the game? Can Phil Mickelson avenge his 2006 collapse at Winged Foot and finally win a U.S. Open? Can Tiger Woods capture major No. 16?

We’ll start to get answers to all of those questions and more during Thursday’s opening round, and plenty of big names are getting an early start. Woods starts off the 1st tee at 8:07 a.m. ET alongside Collin Morikawa and Justin Thomas. At the same time, Rory McIlroy, Adam Scott and Justin Rose will begin on the 10th. Jordan Spieth and Patrick Reed will get started even earlier, at 7:56 a.m. ET, with Hideki Matsuyama.

You’ll have to wait until the afternoon to see other stars, like Johnson, Mickelson, Bryson DeChambeau and Rickie Fowler, to name a few. Below you’ll find the complete list of tee times, as well as all the information you need to watch the first round of the 2020 U.S. Open on TV or stream it online.
