The PGA Tour is staying put this week at Muirfield Village Golf Club for the Memorial Tournament. But the course will look very different than it did just a few days ago, and so will the playing field, as all the top pros in the game will tee it up at the annual event hosted by Jack Nicklaus. Here’s everything you need to know about the tournament, including tee times for the first and second rounds.

Memorial Tournament preview

Not only is the Memorial the biggest tournament so far since the PGA Tour returned to action, it also represents Tiger Woods’ first start since February. All eyes will be on Tiger to see how his game fares after such a long layoff.

While he played poorly in his most recent start at the Genesis Invitational, Woods also finished T9 in January at the Farmers Insurance Open, and won his previous Tour start at the Zozo Championship last October. So it’s anyone’s guess how his game will look, although it looked great at the Match II exhibition with Phil Mickelson at Medalist.

Tiger will be joined by nine of the Top 10 golfers in the Official World Golf Ranking, including Rory McIlroy, Justin Thomas, Brooks Koepka, Bryson DeChambeau, Dustin Johnson and defending champion Patrick Cantlay. Those players will be competing for the biggest purse since the Tour returned, a whopping $9.3 million.
