The 2022 PNC Championship is set to begin on Saturday in Orlando. Here’s everything you need to know about the event.
PNC Championship Preview
The PNC Championship is back for 24th time this weekend as some of the best parent-child duos duke it out on the golf course for the crown. For the 11th year in a row, the Ritz-Carlton Golf Club will play host, and the excitement is as high as ever.
Much of that excitement is due to Team Woods. Tiger and his son, Charlie, will team up in the event for the third consecutive year, as they look to avenge their second-place finish from a year ago.
Also featured will be major winners such as Justin Thomas, Gary Player, Lee Trevino, Nelly Korda and Jordan Spieth.
Tournament basics

Format
The format for the PNC Championship is four-ball, meaning every player plays their own ball and the lowest score for each team is counted for every hole. The tournament is played over 36 holes, and different tee boxes are used for each age division.
How to watch the PNC Championship on TV
Golf Channel and NBC will split TV coverage of the 2022 PNC Championship, with Golf Channel airing the pro-am round as well as early coverage on Sunday. NBC will carry coverage of the first and second rounds. Check out the full TV schedule below.
