2021 Northern Trust tee times: Third round pairings for Saturday

Notable pairings for Northern Trust Round 3

First-round leader Jon Rahm cooled a bit on Friday after firing a sizzling opening round of 63, but his second-round 67 was enough to maintain his position at the top of the leaderboard at 12 under par overall, giving him a one-shot advantage over Tony Finau, who shot 67-64 to sit at 11 under par. The two stars will tee off in Saturday afternoon’s final pairing at 1:50 p.m. ET.

Just behind Rahm and Finau is a logjam of top players: Justin Thomas, Keith Mitchell and Olympic gold medalist Xander Schauffele are tied for third at 10 under par, and Brooks Koepka and Jordan Spieth are T10 at eight under.

Thomas and Mitchell will play in Saturday’s penultimate pairing at 1:40 p.m. ET, while Schauffele will be third-to-last alongside Kevin Na at 1:30 p.m. ET. Kopeka will play with Tom Hoge at 1:10 p.m. ET and Spieth will tee it up with Robert Streb at 1:00 p.m. ET.

Other notable pairings for the third round include Viktor Hovland and Patrick Cantlay at 12:40 p.m. ET; Bryson DeChambeau and Zach Johnson at 12:05 p.m. ET; Cameron Champ and Webb Simpson at 10:20 a.m. ET; and Paul Casey and Rory McIlroy at 7:45 a.m. ET.
