Houston Open Round 4 Preview

Matthew Wolff is on a comeback mission this season, and while he got off to a great start in his first few events — including top-5 finishes in his last two starts — he now has a chance to reach the promised land. Wolff followed up opening rounds of 68 and 67 with a steady one-under 69 on a difficult Saturday at Memorial Park.

The adventurous round, which featured five birdies, two bogeys and a double, puts him T2 at six under with 18 holes to play. He trails solo leader Scottie Scheffler by just one shot. If Wolff can overcome Scheffler and the rest of the challengers on Sunday, he’ll record his second Tour victory and first since 2019.

Wolff and Scheffler tee off in the final grouping with Jhonattan Vegas on Sunday morning at 11:10 a.m. ET. Browse the full final-round tee times for the 2021 Houston Open below.
