Sam Burns has a two-shot lead heading into the third round of the 2020 Safeway Open.

Now that two rounds are out of the way at the 2020 Safeway Open, the players who made the cut will return to Silverado Resort on Saturday for Round 3. You can find full third round tee times at the bottom of this post.
Notable pairings for Safeway Open Round 3
Twenty-four-year-old Sam Burns followed up a first-round 64 with a second-round 65 to to lead the tournament by two shots at 15-under. Burns will play the third round alongside 28-year-old Harry Higgs, who charged 34 spots up the leaderboard into solo second by firing a sizzling second-round of 62, which was capped by an awesome albatross from 230 yards from the hole on the par-5 9th — his final hole of the day.
Both Burns and Higgs are seeking their maiden PGA Tour victory. They’ll start the third round at 5:05 p.m. ET on Saturday.
First-round leader Russell Knox is also still in contention after a 69 on Friday. He’s 12-under overall and will play alongside Cameron Percy in the penultimate pairing at 4:55 p.m. ET.
There’s still plenty of room for movement on the leaderboard, with 11 players within five shots of Burns’ lead.
