Masters odds to win: Bryson DeChambeau and Dustin Johnson co-favorites to win at Augusta

The Masters is finally here and the favorites to take home the green jacket should be no surprise. At +800 according to Chirp, talk-of-the-Tour Bryson DeChambeau and world No. 1 Dustin Johnson are co-favorites this week at Augusta National. (Ed note: Chirp and GOLF.com are owned by the same parent company, 8AM Golf.)

DeChambeau heads to the Masters on the strength of his first career major victory at the U.S. Open two months ago, and his plan to overpower Augusta have been a hot topic. He’s made just one start since his triumph at Winged Foot, a T8 finish in Las Vegas, and has instead used the lead-up to the Masters to experiment with a 48-inch driver to squeeze even more distance out of his game. Although DeChambeau has never finished inside the top 20 at Augusta, there are still plenty of reasons to be bullish about his chances.

Johnson’s prep for the Masters has been quite the opposite of his co-favorite. He played in Houston last week — where he finished T2 — in a final tune-up for the final major of the year. Although Johnson has never won at Augusta, his T2 finish last year shows that he has the game to be in contention come Sunday.

Jon Rahm lags behind the co-favorites at the top as he is +1000 to win his first major. Rahm’s most recent finish was a T2 at the Zozo last month, and he’s been as hot as anyone in the world over the past year. Justin Thomas comes in behind Rahm at +1200 while Rory McIlroy is listed at +1300 as he attempts to complete the career grand slam.

Defending champion Tiger Woods lags well behind the favorites as he’s listed at +4500 for his title defense. Check out odds for the entire field below.
