We tested the Short Game Gains Toolkit, which is bound to help improve your game as well. Here's what you should know about it.

GOLF

Fredrik Lindblom and Hannah Gregg, the founders of Short Game Gains, have developed a “golf toolbox” designed to simplify short-game practice and produce powerful results. How does it work? We found out.

The Trigon Toolkit includes four essential putting aids: a steel trigon mirror (a double-sided reflective plate for checking eye line, start line, aim and face alignment), a reflective shoulder alignment mirror (which doubles as a ruler), two putting-chalk pens (to help with aim lines) and a retractable aim string (to help with aim point).

I started the same way you should, by exploring the instruction videos on the SGG website, which feature plenty of drills and tutorials.

The trigon mirror coupled with the shoulder alignment mirror gave me great insights into my putting form, and it quickly helped me correct my positioning. Plus, by using the ruler side of the shoulder alignment mirror, I was able to measure my stroke length while adjusting both my stroke speed and strength. The chalk pen and aim string have great versatility. During my practice I used the chalk pen to draw a radius around the hole to help me keep my missed putts within a specific distance and the aim string for reading the green.

Integrating these tools into your practice routine can significantly increase your polish on the greens. The toolkit is convenient and effective and an essential tool for both beginners and scratch players.

Short Game Gains Tour Toolkit

$39.99
The Tour Toolkit was designed with feedback from professional golfers and world class instructors. Many of the individuals that we spoke to prioritized two things in their technique: A consistent stroke path and start line. Previously, these things weren’t all that easy to practice at the same time- so we developed the idea for the Tour Toolkit. This bundle includes the Path Perfectors, All Terrain Gate, and a marking pen. With various ways to combine them, you can create a station on the green that gives you instant feedback on your stroke, aim, and start line. Who said putting practice had to be boring?
