Nike’s new golf shoe made in collaboration with Justin Timberlake, is a stunner, and our GOLF’s Fully Equipped team got a sneak peek before the release of the shoe on Thursday.
On this week’s episode, Johnny Wunder and Wadeh Maroun shared their first impression of the new shoe that started with the foundation of the popular Nike Victory Tour 4, worn by Rory McIlroy.
The key thing to know about the new Nike “Raggio Di Sole” is that they are made in Montebelluna, Italy, the creative/production house for some of the world’s biggest soccer stars’ custom Nikes.

“Everything about this shoe is handmade in Italy,” said Maroun, who has a background in the footwear industry before coming over to golf. “And what I got told was that the factory thar these are handmade in Italy are basically only where special athletes get their products made. So the likes of Ronaldo and Neymar, that’s where they get their soccer boots made. And Nike has never released anything to the public from there.”
The unique release doesn’t disappoint.

“So honestly, feeling this guy in hand, it is so stout, it is beautiful,” Maroun continued. “In regards to the materials it’s made from, the leather is so soft. The weight on here is incredible. It’s got the cork inner as well.”
The shoes have a subtle brown hue to them that was inspired by the trend of people dipping Nike Air Force 1s into coffee. The Nike logo has a red shadow behind it to represent a sunrise.
But the shoes are extremely limited, with only 1981 pairs being available worldwide for $500. The shoes are available exclusively in the U.S. on Fairway Jockey and many sizes have already sold out, so act fast if you want to add these unique beauties to your collection.
