Notable pairings for U.S. Open final round
The man to beat on Sunday will be Matthew Wolff. The 21-year-old rising star already is a winner on the PGA Tour, but now he has a chance to stake his place in the history books, following in the footsteps of fellow young gun and 2020 PGA champion Collin Morikawa. Wolff stormed into the lead with a lights-out performance in Round 3.
Wolff will tee off in the final pairing on Sunday afternoon at 1:30 p.m. ET, and he’ll play alongside the man in second place: Bryson DeChambeau. DeChambeau, who has six wins in his PGA Tour career, will start the day two shots behind the 21-year-old Wolff.
He’ll have plenty of other company vying for the U.S. Open trophy in the final round, including a host of proven winners like Rory McIlroy and Zach Johnson (12:57 p.m. ET), Louis Oosthuizen and Hideki Matsuyama (1:19 p.m. ET), and Xander Schauffele and Harris English (1:08 p.m. ET).
Abraham Ancer will lead things off at 8 a.m. playing alone. View the complete list of final round tee times for the 2020 U.S. Open below.
