The 2022 RBC Canadian Open gets underway Thursday with the opening round at St. George’s Golf & Country Club. Here’s what you need to know to watch Round 1 on TV or online.

Previewing Canadian Open Round 1

World No. 1 Scottie Scheffler has had quite a year so far on the PGA Tour. Beginning the season with zero career victories, Scheffler has already reeled off four wins in 2022, among them his first major title at the Masters in April.

Scheffler came painfully close to making it five wins two weeks ago at the Charles Schwab Challenge, but he fell just short, losing to his friend Sam Burns in a playoff.

But Scheffler is getting back at it on Thursday in Toronto, where he’ll try to get back into the winner’s circle and get his game in shape for next week’s U.S. Open at Brookline.

Scheffler will get his first round started at 12:53 p.m. ET alongside Burns and Cameron Smith. You can stream the first round via PGA Tour Live on ESPN+, or watch the telecast on Golf Channel.
