The U.S. has a healthy dose of star power on their side, but the European side has the most recent major champion on their squad. A lack of traveling fans from across the pond will surely hinder the Euros as they look the retain the cup, but as we’ve seen in years past, anything can happen in this event.
The Solheim Cup gets started on Saturday with a session of foursomes in the morning and four-ball in the afternoon. Matches will tee off bright and early, with the first match set to go off at 7:35 a.m. ET.
