The second round of the 2019 Honda Classic is in the books, and though the leading score remains the same, the players at the top of the leaderboard have changed.
Here’s everything you missed from Friday’s action at the PGA National Resort & Spa’s Champion course.
Twenty-year-old PGA Tour rookie Sungjae Im made seven birdies and a bogey en route to a second round of 64 on Friday. Coupled with his opening round of even par (that’s six under for 36 holes), Im climbed 47 spots up the leaderboard and into a share of the lead with Keith Mitchell, who’s playing his second full year on Tour.

Mitchell and Im are both seeking their maiden Tour victory this week.
After a perfect round of golf on Thurday (six birdies, no bogeys), first-round leader Jhonattan Vegas struggled on Friday, suffering two double bogeys and two additional bogeys, with only three birdies to mitigate the damage.
Here’s a look at his tough experience on the par-4 9th hole.

Despite the trouble, Vegas is only three shots back.
Former major champ Lucas Glover (2009 U.S. Open) shot one-under-par 69 on Friday, and is only one shot behind the leaders.
Three-time major champion Brooks Koepka is two shots back at four under overall, and former Masters champions Sergio Garcia (2017) and Charl Schwartzel (2011) are three shots back.

All told, there are 21 players within three shots of the lead at the tournament’s halfway point.
