After over three months in which no PGA Tour golf was played, the top players in the game are finally set to return at the Charles Schwab Challenge. Here’s everything you need to know about the event, including tee times for the first and second rounds.
Charles Schwab Challenge preview
Back when the Players Championship was canceled after the first round in early March, no one knew when we’d next see live PGA Tour action. But ever since the revised schedule was announced in April, golf fans have been patiently waiting for the season to officially kick back into gear at the Charles Schwab Challenge.
Played at iconic Colonial Country Club in Texas, this year’s tournament will feature an abnormally star-studded field thanks to the coronavirus-induced layoff. World No. 1 Rory McIlroy will be there, along with the next four players beneath him in the Official World Golf Ranking: Jon Rahm, Brooks Koepka, Justin Thomas and Dustin Johnson.
It will be the first major sporting event to occur since the shutdown began, and millions of people will be tuning in on TV and online. Below you can find out how to watch the Charles Schwab Challenge, along with complete first and second round tee times.
