The 2022 Mexico Open at Vidanta kicks off Thursday, April 28, at Vidanta Vallarta in Mexico. Here’s everything you need to know to watch the tournament.

Mexico Open preview

After mixing it up in New Orleans at the Zurich Classic team event, the PGA Tour heads across the border this week for the inaugural Mexico Open, and one of the best players in the game is front and center. World No. 2 Jon Rahm has yet to win in 2022 after dominating much of last season and briefly rising to No. 1.

Rahm is no doubt eager to get back in the winner’s circle and reclaim the top ranking, and he’s got a great opportunity this week. With many top players sitting out, Rahm is the prohibitive favorite to win in Mexico, at least according to the oddsmakers.
