We’ve made it to the weekend at the 2021 Shriners Children’s Open, with half the field ready to make their move in Round 3 on Saturday. Here’s what you need to know to watch the third-round action on TV or online.
Previewing Shriners Children’s Open Round 3
Sam Burns it’s not messing around in 2021. The 25-year-old pro captured his first PGA Tour win in May at the Valspar Championship, and finished second at the WGC-FedEx St. Jude Invitational. Last week at the Sanderson Farms Championship, his first start of the new 2021-22 season, Burns went out and secured his second Tour victory. But Burns isn’t done with his hot streak just yet.
Through two rounds at the Shriners, he’s once again near the top of the leaderboard. He followed up an opening-round 66 with a 63 on Saturday to reach 13 under and get within one shot of the lead. He trails co-leaders Sungaje Im and Chad Ramey, and twelve other players are within four shots, setting up what will likely by an exciting moving day on Saturday.
