With all four majors out of the way, it’s time for the most intense event in golf: the 2021 Ryder Cup at Whistling Straits. Here’s everything you need to know to watch the action on TV.

Where to watch the Ryder Cup on TV

After three long years of waiting, the Ryder Cup makes its grand return this week. The competition is setting up to be a memorable one, with a star-studded U.S. team hungry to reclaim the Cup they lost to Europe in France back in 2018. After deciding to postpone for one year instead of having a spectator-free event, raucous fans will be lining the ropes in Wisconsin. For those choosing to watch the action from home, exhaustive TV coverage awaits.

All three rounds will air on TV with coverage split between NBC and Golf Channel. Golf Channel will air the Opening Ceremony on Thursday and 11 hours of coverage of the Day 1 matches on Friday. After a one-hour Golf Channel telecast early Saturday, NBC launches its 10-hour Day 2 broadcast. NBC will then air exclusive TV coverage of Sunday’s single matches.

In addition to television coverage on NBC and Golf Channel, Peacock, NBCUniversal’s new streaming service, will provide simulcasts of the TV broadcasts for users with a Peacock Premium account, and free access to Featured Match coverage all three days.
