Post-round blue blazers will never go out of style. Here’s how to own the look

The Rhone Commuter

Here's how to always rock the blue blazer post-round.

GOLF

The blue blazer has been a club staple since the Eisenhower Administration. Why?

Because it goes with everything. Old school for sure, but modern manufacturers are making them cooler than ever. If you don’t have one, get one — and make that Transfusion a double, sailor!

1. CLOSURE STYLES: For a casual and simple look, opt for a two-button or a one-button.

2. BUTTON DETAILS: Traditional blazers often feature brass buttons, but that’s not a must. When buttoning, fasten only the top button and leave the second one open.

3. SHOULDER: Ensure the shoulder seam aligns with your shoulder bone to avoid a bulky or ill-fitting look.

4. COLLAR: The collar should fit snugly around your neck without gaps. If it rises when you move, the blazer may be too tight.

The Rhone Commuter Blazer

Rhone Commuter Blazer – Slim Fit

The Rhone Commuter is made from a lightweight, easy-to-care-for fabric with a four-way stretch for ease and mobility. It’s available in both a classic and slim fit at a very competitive price. Now, go mingle.

5. LENGTH: Traditional advice is a blazer should cover your seat. Current trends favor a shorter length. If you normally wear a 42 long, try a 42 regular.

6. SLEEVE LENGTH: Sleeves should always reveal a bit of cuff. Incorrect sleeve length disrupts the overall look.

7. CONTRAST: Navy blazers look best with khaki or gray pants. Avoid, well, navy trousers.

8. FLAIR: Enhance your blazer with a colorful pocket square.
