A jam-packed final round of action has already begun Sunday at the Charles Schwab Challenge in Fort Worth, Texas. After a three month layoff, we’re just a few hours away from crowning the first winner of the resumed PGA Tour season at Colonial Country Club. Here’s everything you need to know about the final round, including how to watch, pairings and tee times.
Charles Schwab Challenge final round preview
After three rounds, Xander Schauffele sits atop the leaderboard at Colonial at 13 under, but he’s trailed tightly by a stacked collection of big names.
Jordan Spieth (yes, Jordan Spieth, remember him?) is one stroke back of the leader, tied for second at 12 under alongside Justin Thomas, Collin Morikawa and Gary Woodland. Spieth is seeking his first professional win in nearly three years, hoping his home field advantage at Colonial (he lives just a few minutes away and is the course’s all-time leader in scoring average) can carry him to his first victory since the Open Championship in July 2017.
Rory McIlroy, Patrick Reed and (the newly beefy) Bryson DeChambeau are three strokes back of the leader (at 10 under). The final groups will tee off Sunday shortly after noon, eastern time.
