The 32-year-old Tour star captured his third-career victory three weeks ago at the 3M Open in Minnesota. Then he followed it up immediately the next week with another win, this time at the Rocket Mortgage Classic in Detroit.

After an opening-round six-under 64 on Thursday at TPC Southwind, Finau is eyeing a win in the first FedEx Cup Playoff event for the second year in a row, following his Northern Trust victory in 2021.

But first he’ll have to navigate the second round and maintain his position near the top of the leaderboard. Finau tees off for Round 2 on Friday at 1:55 p.m. ET alongside Justin Thomas and Cameron Young.

You can stream the second round via PGA Tour Live on ESPN+, or watch the telecast on Golf Channel.
