The 2023 WGC-Dell Technologies Match Play kicks off this week at Austin Country Club for the final time. Here’s everything you need to know to watch the Dell Technologies Match Play, including a full TV schedule, streaming schedule and complete tee times for the first and second rounds.
Dell Match Play preview
This year’s WGC-Dell Technologies Match Play could be the last of its kind, because as of now it’s missing from the new-look PGA Tour schedule for 2024.
But in what could be its final edition, the WGC Match Play is a designated event, which means all the best players on the PGA Tour are in the field, and they will be dueling one-on-one for the $3.5 million grand prize.
World No. 1 Scottie Scheffler has dominated this event lately, with a win last year and a runner-up finish in 2021. He’ll be joined in the field by Jon Rahm, Rory McIlroy, Jordan Spieth and Justin Thomas, to name a few.
In all, 64 competitors split into 16 groups of four will play three matches from Wednesday to Friday, with the winner of each group advancing to the knockout rounds on Saturday and Sunday.
Golf Channel and NBC will provide TV coverage of the WGC-Dell Technologies Match Play, and PGA Tour Live on ESPN+ and Peacock will stream the action online.
