Tiger Woods PGA Championship tee time: When Tiger tees off at Bethpage

May 14, 2019

Tiger Woods’ pursuit of his 16th major championship will begin early Thursday morning.

The four-time PGA Championship winner will tee off at 8:24 a.m. alongside Brooks Koepka and Francesco Molinari. The grouping comprises the winners of the last four major championships, with Koepka winning the U.S. Open and PGA Championship in 2018 and Molinari taking last year’s British Open.

The group figures to draw massive crowds Thursday and Friday, with Woods sure to attract golf enthusiasts and casual fans alike. And perhaps, one of the three will extend their collective majors win-streak to five. Vegas seems to like the odds of that, with Woods and Koepka both listed at 10/1 to win and Molinari not far behind at 25/1, according to GolfOdds.com.

Friday, the trio will wait until early afternoon to tee off, scheduled for a 1:49 p.m. tee time. Woods will be vying for back-to-back wins in major championships for his first time since 2006, when he claimed U.S. Open and British Open titles.
