Tiger Woods’ TGR Live, the Pebble Beach Company and TaylorMade Golf are joining to create the TGR Junior Invitational.

The new event is set for October 8-10 and will feature 60 boy and girl junior golfers competing at the Links at Spanish Bay and The Hay, the short course recently redesigned by Tiger’s TGR Design.

“I am excited to welcome a diverse field of young golfers to the TGR JR Invitational presented by TaylorMade,” Woods said in a press release. “Hosting this event at The Hay at Pebble Beach is a perfect venue to showcase a fun and competitive atmosphere for a talented group of young golfers.”

A 27-hole qualifying round will take place on The Hay on the first day of competition followed by championship and consolation matches on The Links at Spanish Bay on Day 2.

Juniors will be invited through an application process “which promotes the shared passions of TGR Live and the Pebble Beach Junior Golf Association by providing a unique opportunity and exposure to the sport of golf,” according to the release.

Juniors aged 10-17 (as of Jul 31st) are eligible to apply and can do so here until August 21st.
