For the second year in a row, the RBC Canadian Open, one of the oldest tournaments in golf, has been overshadowed by LIV Golf. This time it’s the shocking news of the PGA Tour-LIV merger, which dropped on Tuesday morning of tournament week.
But there’s still a PGA Tour event going on, one with a star-studded field that will be battling in Friday’s second round to make the cut and position themselves for the weekend.
