On Friday, November 23, Tiger Woods and Phil Mickelson will make history. The two biggest stars of their generation will face off in their first ever head-t0-head, winner-take-all match, with $9 million on the line. (You can find out how to stream the match below.)
It’s also the first live pay-per-view event in golf history, offering four hours of commercial-free action.
“The Match” begins at 3:00 p.m. EST/12:00 p.m. PST and will be played at the ultra-luxe Shadow Creek Golf Course in Las Vegas.
Both Tiger and Phil will be mic’d up for the entire event, and B/R Live is also promising that there will be side wagers happening throughout, such as long-drive challenges and closest-to-the pin contests, with the money going to the charity of the winner’s choice.
And if you’re hoping to get a piece of the action too, B/R Live is offering an opportunity to get involved: You can play the “Pick’em Challenge: Capital One’s The Match” hole-by-hole during the event. According to the website, the goal is to make predictions and build a streak. Picking a perfect match will win $1 million, and the overall points leader will win an all-expenses paid trip to Las Vegas.
