Sand traps come in all shapes and sizes. Colt Knost and Drew Stolz, co-hosts of GOLF’s Subpar Podcast, have experienced every type of bunker imaginable on the golf course.
But nothing could prepare them for their trip to the sand rails outside Las Vegas with NASCAR driver and zone ambassador Kyle Busch, which was a part of a partnership between zone Nicotine Pouches and the Subpar podcast, which will include live shows around some of golf’s biggest events.
“If I give an, ‘Oh s–t,’ or an, ‘Ah f–k,’ then hold on,” Busch told Stoltz as he climbed into the dune buggy.
“If you say that, then that’s a problem,” Stoltz said.
Busch zipped Stoltz around the sand rails with the precision and power of a Rory McIlroy drive. With Busch warmed up, Knost entered the buggy for his ride around the ultimate sand trap.
“Holy s–t! Do you get that tingling feeling in your stomach or is that just me?” Knost asked as Busch zipped around the sand rails.
“It wasn’t nearly as scary as I thought it would be,” Knost said. “I had so much fun. He’s a pretty good driver.”
