The holidays are over and the new year is upon us, which means it’s time for the 2025 PGA Tour season to get underway on Thursday. As it has for many years, the Sentry will host the best players from the 2024 season, including winners and those ranked within the top 50.
World No. 1 Scottie Scheffler will miss the proceedings after injuring his hand over the holidays, but World No. 2 Xander Schauffele will be there, along with a host of other stars fighting for the $3.6 million winner’s prize.
You can watch the first round of the 2025 Sentry on TV via Golf Channel, which will air coverage beginning at 6 p.m. ET on Thursday night. PGA Tour Live on ESPN+ will provide featured group streaming coverage. If you have a cable subscription, you can watch a live simulcast on NBCSports.com and the NBC Sports App.
