On Thursday in the Bahamas, golf fans will finally get to see Woods in live competition for the first time since April at the Masters, where he withdrew following the second round due to injury.
Tiger’s latest comeback will take place at a familiar place, his own Hero World Challenge event, where he has chosen to return from injury multiple times. And now we know exactly when he’ll make his first shot.
For the opening round on Thursday, Woods will tee off at 11:52 a.m. ET. He’ll play the first round alongside his close friend Justin Thomas.
You can watch Thursday’s first round of the 2023 Hero World Challenge on Golf Channel starting at 12:30 p.m. ET. Peacock will offer a simulcast of Golf Channel’s coverage.
