On Day 1 in Memphis, Jordan Spieth made a statement to open the FedEx Cup Playoffs. The three-time major champion, who won the FedEx Cup title back in 2015, fired a seven-under 63 on Thursday to take the early lead, with plenty of star power trailing close behind him.
On Friday, Spieth will tee off at 11:51 a.m. ET alongside Sungjae Im and Justin Rose.
