2022 WGC-Dell Technologies Match Play tee times: Round 1 matchups for Wednesday

The 2022 WGC-Dell Technologies Match Play kicks off Wednesday morning with the opening round of matches at Austin Country Club. You can find full Round 1 tee times for the tournament at the bottom of this post.

Patrick Cantlay has quickly proven himself to be a burgeoning match-play master. Playing his first Ryder Cup last fall, the 30-year-old American star appeared in four matches and accumulated an impressive 3.5 points, which included a 4 and 2 singles win, to help the U.S. to their dominant victory.

Now the 2021 FedEx Cup Champion will try to top the PGA Tour’s best at the WGC-Dell Technologies Match Play. Last year Cantlay finished T18 at Austin CC, and his best finish was a T17 in 2018.

Cantlay, a No. 4 seed this week, will take on Keith Mitchell (62) in Wednesday’s opening round beginning at 2:22 p.m. ET. You can stream the entire first round via PGA Tour Live on ESPN+.
