The third round of the 2022 Masters kicks off Saturday morning, April 9, at Augusta National. Here’s what you need to know to watch Round 3 on TV or online.
Previewing Masters Round 3
It’s rarely the case, but heading into the weekend at this Masters, there is one out-and-out frontrunner: Scottie Scheffler. The World No. 1 has taken the golf world by storm recently, capturing his first three wins in quick succession, topping the world ranking, and now leading the first major of the year.
Scheffler went out on a tough, windy Friday at Augusta National and fired a five-under 67. It was tied for the best round of the day, and it provided him with a big five-shot lead heading into Saturday’s third round.
CBS will be the TV home of the third round of the Masters, with their broadcast beginning at 3 p.m. ET. Extensive streaming coverage of Round 3 will be available on ESPN+ and Masters.com starting early Saturday morning.
