Golf’s biggest events are headed to some of the game’s biggest venues on the 2019 major championship schedule. Due to the new scheduling change, the PGA Championship will be the second major of the year, but that’s not the only big change coming for 2019 majors (Pebble Beach, anyone?). Here are the dates and locations of 2019’s major championships.
2019 major championship schedule
April 11-14: Masters — Augusta National; Augusta, Ga.
May 16-19: PGA Championship — Bethpage State Park (Black Course); Farmingdale, N.Y.
June 13-16: U.S. Open — Pebble Beach Golf Links; Pebble Beach, Calif.
July 18-21: British Open — Royal Portrush Golf Club; Portrush, Northern Ireland
While not a major, golf’s most significant team event also heads to a premier golf course in 2019. Royal Melbourne in Melbourne, Australia, will host the Presidents Cup in October.
