Yep, I’m one of those guys who prefers to play golf in a hoodie when the temperature drops. Judge me if you must, but it’s my go-to when I don’t want to spring for a jacket, which is often these days. A new shaft to fix your putting woes
True Temper Double Bend .370″ Left-handed Putter Shaft
This is the shaft everybody is talking about, the perfect gift for the yipping right-handed golfer in your life. The idea is to take a two-way putter (any classic Bullseye will do) and put in the goose-necked left-handed putter shaft cited here. (Yes, the insertion will require some retrofitting.) The idea, as an anti-yip fix, is to putt the short ones from the left, with the hands in front of the putter’s face, as a function of the left-handed goose-neck shaft. In other words, the putter now has offset, which it did not before. For longer putts, it can be used right-handed, with onset. Your loved ones will thank you! — Michael Bamberger
