Therabody’s new recovery boots make walking multiple rounds a breeze

When I think about walking more than 18 holes, I imagine the endeavor as it was when I was 18 — a piece of cake. But, by the 27th, my legs usually feel otherwise, and if I walk more than 36 (see: The Bethpage Gauntlet), I’m out of sorts for days.
Therabody, a wellness and recovery brand made famous by their Theragun massage device, is looking to change this with their new and improved RecoveryAir leg compression product line. But even if you’re not a walker, this could be a key element to improving your game.
Any time your legs feel sore — whether that be from a tough day in the gym, a hike, a Peloton ride, or just that stiffness that comes with age — it will impact your golf swing.
