Rory McIlroy finally snapped his nearly-two-year winless streak on Sunday at the 2021 Wells Fargo Championship at Quail Hollow Golf Club.

The TaylorMade staffer used a bag full of 14 TaylorMade golf clubs, including the new SIM2 driver, a couple of SIM fairways, a set of 2017 “Rors Proto” irons that he just switched back into this week, an MG (Milled Grind) pitching wedge, two MG2 TW (Tiger Woods grind) wedges, a Spider X Hydro Blast putter, and a 2021 TP5x golf ball.

A look at the “Rors Proto” irons McIlroy switched back into this week. He first used the prototype irons in 2017, prior to TaylorMade’s P730 iron release. Andrew Tursky
