Five TaylorMade pros dressed up for the Halloween video.
TaylorMade
No one embraces the holidays quite like TaylorMade. Three years ago, they managed to get Tiger Woods and several other high-profile staffers to dress up in Christmas onesies. Last year was a superb recreation of the triple dog dare scene from “A Christmas Story.”
With 55 days to go until Christmas (but who’s really counting?), the equipment manufacturer chose to whip up something fun this year for Halloween that will keep you guessing.
Taking a page from “The Masked Singer” reality singing competition, TaylorMade had five of its staffers (Tiger Woods, Rory McIlroy, Scottie Scheffler, Tommy Fleetwood and Collin Morikawa) take cuts with the Stealth driver — while wearing different animal costumes.
TaylorMade challenged followers on its social feeds to guess the masked swinger based on their swing. Some of the pros are easy to pick out, like Tiger Woods in the tiger costume. (The 15-time major winner is the only staffer who refrained from hitting a ball, which makes sense.)
And speaking of Woods, Scottie Scheffler (horse costume) is the only other staffer who wears Woods’ Nike TW shoes, so we can safely assume swing number three belongs to the reigning Masters champion. But outside of those two, it’s anyone’s guess on the bee (who absolutely mashes it), eagle (no comment) and bulldog.
Give the above video a look for yourself and see if you can figure it out.
