The 2022 Sony Open in Hawaii continues on Friday with the second round at Waialae CC in Honolulu. Here’s what you need to know to watch Round 2 on TV or online.
Previewing Sony Open Round 2
It’s been an entire year since Kevin Na has won a PGA Tour event, at the 2021 Sony Open, but despite a lack of wins he’s had a stellar record since that includes a T2 at the John Deere, a T2 at the Wyndham Championship and a third-place finish at the Tour Championship and FedEx Cup. Now it looks like Na is trying to do the same thing in 2022.
The defending champion jumped out to the lead with a fine round of nine-under 61 on Thursday at Waialae. Na’s flawless first round featured seven birdies and an eagle, but he’s only one shot clear of his nearest chasers: Russell Henley and Jim Furyk.
For Friday’s second round, Na will tee off on the early side at 1:10 p.m. ET alongside Cameron Smith and Talor Gooch, The entire round can be streamed online with PGA Tour Live on ESPN+ or on TV via Golf Channel.
