The 2020 Vivint Houston Open kicks off on Thursday, November 5, at Memorial Park Golf Course. Here’s what you need to know to watch the first round.
Previewing Houston Open Round 1
We haven’t seen Dustin Johnson on the PGA Tour since his T6 finish at the 2020 U.S. Open at Winged Foot. But the 23-time Tour winner is still the No. 1-ranked golfer in the Official World Golf Ranking, so he’ll hope to get right back to where he left off in the opening round in Houston.

Johnson, of course, will have his attention somewhat divided this week, with the 2020 Masters at Augusta National lurking less than 7 days away. And he won’t be the only one playing in Texas with an eye on next week. Four-time major champion Brooks Koepka recently returned from a layoff caused by injuries that have hampered him all year. And 2015 Masters champion Jordan Spieth will continue his fight to return to the elite ranks of the game et Memorial Park.
