It wasn’t just Tiger Woods fans who were going wild over his Tour Championship victory. It was PGA Tour pros, too. A handful of Woods’s peers were on hand to offer congratulations in the immediate wake of his win, while several others chimed in via social media.
First were the friends on hand. Rickie Fowler, Billy Horschel, Justin Thomas and Bryson DeChambeau were there to greet Woods just beyond the 18th green.

What can I say! It was awesome to see Tiger back in the winner circle. I’ve never seen anything like the 18th hole. Was pretty insane. Congrats my man on overcoming so much to get back to the top of that mountain! Golf is in an awesome awesome place right now!

Not long ago, players who had never competed against an in-form Tiger were bemoaning the fact that they’d never get the chance and suggested that he’d lost the intimidation factor. I think that opportunity may be on the horizon. Be careful what you wish for! The man’s a miracle.
