You can buy Arnold Palmer’s Pennsylvania home for $880,000

May 17, 2019

Now is your chance to live in Arnold Palmer’s former home.

The King’s three-bed, five-bath sits on an 0.58-acre lot located at 129 Legends Lane in Unity Township, Penn., and is listed for $880,000.

The house was built in 2006, but according to Golfweek, citing property records, Palmer and his first wife, Winnie, bought the land in 1957. She died in 1999, and Palmer died on Sept. 25, 2016, at 87.

According to Realtor.com, the house is a “custom-built, craftsman home unlike any other.” It has wood floors, oak trim, a wet bar, entertainment center, stone fireplace and massive wrap-around deck.

It was first listed for sale in April 2018 for $1.1 million, but the price was decreased to $980,000 in August 2018 and to the current price of $880,000 last month.
