The 2023 World Wide Technology Championship begins Thursday, November 2, with the opening round at El Cardonal in Mexico. Here’s what you need to know to watch Round 1 on TV or online.
Previewing Round 1
For the first time on Thursday, a Tiger Woods-designed golf course will host PGA Tour pros competing in an official event. You can read all about the El Cardonal at Diamante course here.
But for the players in the field, the focus is going low, some to earn enough points to retain PGA Tour status, and others to earn a maiden victory, or return to the winner’s circle after a long layoff.
Ludvig Aberg, the young European Ryder Cup star, led the betting favorites heading into the event.
You can watch the World Wide Technology Championship on Thursday via Golf Channel beginning at 4:30 p.m. ET. In addition, Peacock will provide a live simulcast of Golf Channel’s coverage.
